This website is owned and managed by Anna Kenny, owner of One Planet Wonder business. The terms govern the conditions under which you may use this website and the services and goods offered. Please see the Privacy Policy for more information on your privacy.

By accessing or using the website, you approve you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms.

You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page. The owner reserves the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

1. Use of site and services

You agree to not transfer any content to or from the site. Comments must not be obscene or offensive. You agree to not damage the performance of this site.

It is the responsibility of users to ensure their computers have suitable software for optimal use of the site along with virus protection. The site owner is not responsible for any virus or bug that infects a computer following the use of this site.

When paying for a specific service, including photography, videography, content creation and illustrations, the service requirements will be discussed by phone or email with the customer. After discussion, a quote will be generated and a deposit will be 30% required.

When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.

The right is reserved to refuse any service or order you place on One Planet Wonder website.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase information for all purchases at the store.

When you confirm your order, you offer to buy the goods at the prices indicated as well as any delivery charges.

An automated order email will be sent to you listing the products you have ordered. This is not an acceptance of your order. Acceptance will only occur when your order is ready for dispatch.

Non-acceptance of an order will occur when the product is out of stock, a product description error is identified or payment cannot be authorised.

The right is reserved to withdraw any products or services from the site at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content, therefore, prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice. The site owner shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

All items are subject to availability.

Products are shipped using Royal Mail. Items will be delivered by Anna Kenny if customers are in the BCP area to save on delivery fees.

If you wish to cancel your order, please email anna.campbell108@gmail.com before the dispatch of the products.

2. Portrayal of products

In order to provide you with pictures that accurately and fairly represent products sold on the website, every effort has been made to portray items accurately. However, slight variations may occur. All measurements quoted are approximate and the reproduction of colours is as accurate as photographic and publishing processes will allow. Please note there may be variations in colours depending on the calibration and settings of individual computer screens.

3. Returns and refunds.

Defective or damaged items can be returned within 14 days of purchase. For a return to be accepted, email Anna Kenny at anna.campbell108@gmail.com with images and a description of the defect. Details of how to return the item will be sent to you and shipping costs covered for defective items. It is the responsibility of the service user to ship faulty items within 14 days. When the defective item is received, the user will receive a refund or be sent a replacement product.

In some cases, defected items may not need to be returned. A replacement or refund will be sent after contacting Anna Kenny with details and photos of the defect.

4. Copyright

All rights and copyright for this website are owned by Anna Kenny. Storing, copying or using the contents of this in whole or part without permission of Anna Kenny is prohibited. This includes modifying, distributing, reposting or selling content on this site. You must not use the content of this site for any illegal or commercial purpose.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Anna Kenny assumes no liability or responsibility for any (i) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content; (ii) personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to or use of the service; and (iii) any unauthorized access to or use of the secure servers and/or any and all personal information stored therein.

6. Communications

By signing up to the mailing list or filling out the contact form you agree to the storage of your personal information for communications to be sent to you by email. Please notify Anna Kenny at anna.campbell108@gmail.com at any time if you do not want to receive emails. You will also be emailed regarding any purchase information. Phone calls will only be made using the number provided at checkout if email communications fail.
